Prohibiting specified persons from using the trade name or trademark of an affiliated gas and electric company unless the person remits specified royalties to the gas and electric company; requiring a gas and electric company that collects royalties to pay the royalties to the Comptroller; requiring the Comptroller to place revenue collected under the Act into the electric universal service program fund to be used for a specified purpose; requiring the Public Service Commission to verify specified information; etc.
