Summary

Exempting a specified project involving the construction of a non- water dependent structure from the requirement to obtain a wetlands license or permit relating to construction on a pier located on State or private wetlands under specified circumstances; and authorizing a local jurisdiction to issue a building permit for a specified project involving the construction of a non-water dependent structure on a pier located on State or private wetlands within the Critical Area under specified circumstances.
