Summary

Establishing the Task Force to Study the Maryland Online Special Education System; requiring the Task Force to consider the effectiveness, functionality and usability of the Maryland Online Individualized Education Program and the Maryland Online Individualized Family Service Plan and make recommendations to maintain and upgrade the system or to replace it with another platform; and requiring the Task Force to report its recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by June 1, 2025.
