Summary
Amend KRS 67C.117 to require that the percentage of minority citizens who are employed by or appointed by a consolidated local government to serve on boards or commissions shall be no less than the greater of the percentage of minority representatives on the consolidated local government's legislative body or the percentage of minority citizens in the community.
