Summary
Amend KRS 315.010 to define terms; create a new section of KRS Chapter 315 to clarify that certain administrative activities in a restricted distribution pharmacy, such as accessing prescriptions, billing and collections, answering and transferring phone calls, and outbound patient compliance and adherence telephone calls in a restricted distribution pharmacy, do not constitute the practice of pharmacy; amend KRS 315.205 to conform.
