Summary
Amend KRS 139.470 to exempt from sales and use tax building materials, fixtures, or supplies purchased by construction contractors to be used in fulfilling a construction contract with a governmental agency; provide that the exemption applies for a period of four years beginning August 1, 2016, and ending July 31, 2020.
