Amend KRS 242.230 to specify conditions wherein it would not be a violation for a private individual or his or her guests to possess or consume alcohol in dry or moist territory; amend KRS 242.260 to specify conditions wherein it would not be a violation for a private individual or his or her guests to bring alcohol into dry or moist territory; amend KRS 243.033 to specify conditions wherein a caterer may serve alcohol in dry or moist territory; amend KRS 243.020 to conform; EMERGENCY.
