Summary

Makes it a Class C misdemeanor for a person regulated under the air pollution control laws to knowingly violate certain air pollution control rules or to knowingly fail to file certain documents or maintain certain records required by the federal Clean Air Act. Makes it a Class C misdemeanor for a person regulated under the water pollution control laws to willfully or recklessly violate certain water pollution control rules or to negligently violate certain permit conditions or permit filing requirements. Makes a technical correction.
