Summary

Occupational health and safety. Provides that the commissioner of labor or the commissioner's duly designated representative may assess a civil penalty of not less than the minimum civil penalty and not more than the maximum civil penalty adopted by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration under the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 for an employer who violates certain health and safety standards.
