AN ACT concerning public employee benefits.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by changing
Section 9-195 as follows:
(40 ILCS 5/9-195) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 9-195)
Sec. 9-195. To have an audit.
To have an audit of the accounts of the fund made at least
once each year by certified public accountants. The audit shall
be made available to members, annuitants, and the general
public via a posting on the fund's website.
