1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Finance Authority Act is amended
5by changing Section 801-25 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3501/801-25)
7 Sec. 801-25. All official acts of the the Authority shall
8require the approval of at least 8 members. All meetings of the
9Authority and the Advisory Councils shall be conducted in
10accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Eight members of the
11Authority shall constitute a quorum. Except as otherwise
12authorized in the Open Meetings Act, all meetings shall be
13conducted at a single location within this State with a quorum
14of members physically present at this location. Other members
15who are not physically present at this location may
16participate in the meeting and vote on all matters by means of
17a video or audio conference. The Auditor General shall conduct
18financial audits and program audits of the Authority, in
19accordance with the Illinois State Auditing Act.
