Bill Title: Amends the Older Adult Services Act. Requires the Department on Aging to place service providers that provide services aimed at ensuring the health and safety of the older adult, such as abuse prevention, housing, and food services, on an expedited payment schedule as prescribed by the Department. Authorizes the Department to promulgate rules necessary to implement this provision.
