Bill Title: Amends the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. Provides that a craft grower may contain canopy space on its premises for plants in the flowering state of up to 14,000 square feet (rather than a craft grower may contain canopy space on its premises for plants in the flowering state of up to 5,000 square feet unless the Department of Agriculture authorizes an increase in flowering stage cultivation space in increments of 3,000 up to 14,000 square feet).
