Thompson of the 33rd and Hooks of the 14th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB 308 by adding to Section 4-5 at the end of line
900 a new sentence to read as follows:
However,
these prohibitions shall not include the Georgia House or Senate Chambers or
Galleries within either House. The areas listed above are not included in the
definitions of ‘the State Capitol or State office
buildings.’
