Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-6-189 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to classification as super speeder, fees, and funding for trauma care system, so as to provide for a notice to be given to persons cited for speeding violations which could result in them becoming super speeders under the law; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
