Summary

Requiring public postsecondary educational institutions to report certain student information to the United States Department of Homeland Security; requiring a Florida College System institution to assess the out-of-state fee for students who promote a foreign terrorist organization; providing that students who promote a foreign terrorist organization are ineligible for a fee waiver; providing that students who promote a foreign terrorist organization are ineligible for any institutional or state grants, financial aid, scholarships, or tuition assistance, etc.
