AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE INSPIRE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. |
Section 1. Title 14 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strikethrough insertions as show by underline as follows (and by redesignating accordingly):
§3414A Maintaining eligibility.
(c) Students are eligible
to participate in this program for a period not to exceed 6 8
continuous semesters, not including the summer semester.
SYNOPSIS
This bill would allow for a student to participate in the Inspire Scholarship Program for eight continuous semesters instead of the current six.This would allow a student to use Inspire Scholarships for each of the semesters during a traditional college program. Author: Senator Bushweller |
