Summary

This Act clarifies the individuals who may lawfully solemnize marriages under Delaware law, providing that a minister or clergy persons of any religion, Judge of any Delaware court and Mayor of any incorporated town, within the limits such town, may solemnize a marriage between individuals who may lawfully enter into matrimonial relation.
