AN ACT ELIMINATING THE LIMIT ON TEACUP RAFFLE PRIZES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (e) of section 7-185a of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the financial limit on the value of prizes awarded at teacup raffles.
Statement of Purpose:
To address limits on the fundraising ability of nonprofit organizations.
