An act to amend Section 26720 of the Government Code, relating to local government.

Existing law requires sheriffs to charge and collect specified fees for services performed by them.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to this provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 26720 of the Government Code is amended to read:

26720.
 For services performed by them them, sheriffs shall charge and collect the fees fixed in this article.
