An act to amend Section 4800 of the Financial Code, relating to financial institutions.

Existing law, the Depository Corporation Sale, Merger, and Conversion Law, generally regulates a depository corporation with respect to a sale, a merger, or a conversion of that corporation.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provision naming that law.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 4800 of the Financial Code is amended to read:

4800.
 This division shall be known and may be cited as the “Depository Corporation Sale, Merger, and Conversion Law.”
