CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE— 2023–2024 REGULAR SESSION

Assembly Bill
No. 1024

Introduced by Assembly Member Aguiar-Curry

February 15, 2023

An act to amend Section 1250 of the Water Code, relating to water.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 1024, as introduced, Aguiar-Curry. Water appropriation: permit applications.
Existing law requires the State Water Resources Control Board to consider and act upon all applications for permits to appropriate water and to do all things required or proper relating to those applications.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that law.
Vote: MAJORITY   Appropriation: NO   Fiscal Committee: NO   Local Program: NO

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 1250 of the Water Code is amended to read:

1250.
