An Act
amending title 9, chapter 4, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 9-500.50; amending title 11, chapter 2, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 11-269.29; amending title 41, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-710.03; relating to displays on public property.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 9, chapter 4, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 9-500.50, to read:
9-500.50. Satanic displays; prohibition; public property
satanic memorials, statues, altars or displays or any other method of representing or honoring satan may not be erected on public PROPERTY in this state.
Sec. 2. Title 11, chapter 2, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 11-269.29, to read:
11-269.29. Satanic displays; prohibition; public property
Sec. 3. Title 41, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-710.03, to read:
41-710.03. Satanic displays; prohibition; public property
satanic memorials, statues, altars or displays or any other method of representing or honoring satan may not be erected on public PROPERTY in this state.
Sec. 4. Short title
This act may be cited as the "Reject Escalating Satanism by Preserving Essential Core Traditions (RESPECT) Act".
