Calling upon the Congress of the United States to disband the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other politicized intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

Whereas, The United States Government’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has become a politicized secret police engaged in illegal political persecution and participation in political prosecutions of opponents of the Democrat Party; illegal interference in and manipulation of federal and state elections; manipulation of information for and deception of the American People in support of the Democrat Party; terroristic swatting and other use of excessive force against political opponents of the Democrat Party; and other political activities in direct violation of the Constitution of the State of West Virginia, the Constitution of the United States and United States Code; and

Whereas, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has similarly become an instrument of state repression; therefore, be it

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the Legislature of West Virginia does hereby call upon the Congress of the United States to disband and fully investigate the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and any other federal entities engaged in political actions designed to benefit a specific ideological movement or political party, moving those entities determined free of political interference and comprising relevant residual law enforcement investigative capabilities, such as the FBI’s Laboratory Division, to an interstate compact to prevent politics from interfering with the critical duty of law enforcement; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates forward copies of this resolution to the President and Secretary of the United States Senate, the Speaker and Clerk of the United States House of Representatives, and the members of the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives of the State of West Virginia; and be it

Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates forward copies of this resolution to the presiding officers of each of the legislative houses in the several States, inviting these other states to join West Virginia in calling for these entities to be disbanded and investigated, and for the establishment of an interstate compact.
