A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18-2-44, relating to prohibiting West Virginia from joining or participating in the National School Boards Association ("NSBA").

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

ARTICLE 2. STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION.

§18-2-44. Prohibition from joining or participating in the National School Boards Association.

West Virginia shall be prohibited from joining or participating in the National School Boards Association ("NSBA").

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to prohibit West Virginia from joining or participating in the National School Boards Association ("NSBA").
