A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Fresh Food Act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Department of Agriculture

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2021, authorized under the authority of §19-37-3 of this code, modified by the Department of Agriculture to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 5, 2021, relating to the Department of Agriculture (Fresh Food Act, 61 CSR 10), is authorized.
