VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act directing the Department of Human Resource Management to update the Grievance Procedure Manual as it pertains to employees of the Department of Corrections and Department of Juvenile Justice. [H 1536] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Department of Human Resource Management shall update the Grievance Procedure Manual by amending §6.3 to require the Office of Equal Employment and Dispute Resolution to review and issue a written decision when a party is noncompliant with any of the requirements of the grievance procedure.
