| WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1615 has passed the Texas Senate and | ||
| the Texas House of Representatives and is now in the office of the | ||
| governor; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate and | ||
| the house of representatives is necessary; now, therefore, be it | ||
| further | ||
| RESOLVED, by the 88th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the governor be hereby requested to return Senate Bill No. 1615 to | ||
| the senate for further consideration; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That the action of the president of the senate and | ||
| the speaker of the house of representatives in signing Senate Bill | ||
| No. 1615 be declared null and void and that the two presiding | ||
| officers be authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled | ||
| bill. | ||
