R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Corando R. Trevino is celebrating his 48th
  anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in Robstown in October
  2023; and
         WHEREAS, One of the oldest community pharmacies in Nueces
  County, Modern Pharmacy first opened its doors in 1937 under the
  ownership of C. Adame; the store was acquired by Mr. Trevino on
  October 1, 1975; and
         WHEREAS, In the nearly half a century since, this
  accomplished pharmacist and businessman has devoted himself to
  ensuring the health and wellness of Robstown area residents; over
  the years, his wife, Ninfa, and their children, Cory and Leila, have
  also played an integral role in the family business; and
         WHEREAS, Through his dedication, expertise, and commitment
  to serving his customers, C. R. Trevino has built Modern Pharmacy
  into a respected Robstown business, and he and his family are indeed
  deserving of recognition for their contributions to the community;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Corando R.
  Trevino on his 48th anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in
  Robstown and extend to the Trevino family sincere best wishes for
  continued success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Trevino as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
