| WHEREAS, Corando R. Trevino is celebrating his 48th | ||
| anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in Robstown in October | ||
| 2023; and | ||
| WHEREAS, One of the oldest community pharmacies in Nueces | ||
| County, Modern Pharmacy first opened its doors in 1937 under the | ||
| ownership of C. Adame; the store was acquired by Mr. Trevino on | ||
| October 1, 1975; and | ||
| WHEREAS, In the nearly half a century since, this | ||
| accomplished pharmacist and businessman has devoted himself to | ||
| ensuring the health and wellness of Robstown area residents; over | ||
| the years, his wife, Ninfa, and their children, Cory and Leila, have | ||
| also played an integral role in the family business; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Through his dedication, expertise, and commitment | ||
| to serving his customers, C. R. Trevino has built Modern Pharmacy | ||
| into a respected Robstown business, and he and his family are indeed | ||
| deserving of recognition for their contributions to the community; | ||
| now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Corando R. | ||
| Trevino on his 48th anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in | ||
| Robstown and extend to the Trevino family sincere best wishes for | ||
| continued success; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. Trevino as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
