| BE IT RESOLVED, That the member appointed as chair of the | ||
| following standing and select committees of the House of | ||
| Representatives of the 88th Texas Legislature be removed from the | ||
| position of chair of the committee: | ||
| (1) Business and Industry; | ||
| (2) Corrections; | ||
| (3) County Affairs; | ||
| (4) Criminal Jurisprudence; | ||
| (5) Juvenile Justice and Family Issues; | ||
| (6) Natural Resources; | ||
| (7) Resolutions Calendars; | ||
| (8) Youth Health and Safety, Select Committee; and | ||
| (9) Transportation; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That the member appointed as vice-chair of the | ||
| committee shall serve as chair of the committee for the remainder of | ||
| the 88th Texas Legislature; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That all necessary rules of the House of | ||
| Representatives of the 88th Texas Legislature be suspended for the | ||
| purpose of carrying out this resolution. | ||
