| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 16.11, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is | ||
| amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | ||
| (c) The holder of a winery permit shall register with the | ||
| commission each warehouse used by the permit holder to store wine. | ||
| The commission by rule shall determine the information that is | ||
| required to register a warehouse under this subsection. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
