A BILL

To enact section 5534.42 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of United States Route 23

within Wyandot County as the "OSHP Sgt. John F.

Best Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.42 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5534.42.  In addition to any other name prescribed in	7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known	8
as United States route number twenty-three, commencing at the	9
intersection of that route and Wyandot county road number	10
forty-two and proceeding in a southerly direction to the	11
intersection of that route and Wyandot county road number	12
forty-four, shall be known as the "OSHP Sgt. John F. Best Memorial	13
Highway."	14

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	15
along the highway indicating its name.	16
