A BILL
To enact section 5534.41 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 328 within 2
Hocking County as the "Patrolman Carl "Shorty" 3
Thrush Memorial Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5534.41 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5534.41. That portion of the road known as state route 7
number three hundred twenty-eight, commencing at the intersection 8
of that route and United States route number thirty-three and 9
proceeding in a southerly direction to the intersection of that 10
route and state route number fifty-six, within Hocking county 11
only, shall be known as the "Patrolman Carl "Shorty" Thrush 12
Memorial Highway."13

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 14
along the highway indicating its name.15
