A BILL

To enact section 5.083 of the Revised Code to adopt

the Buckeye candy as the official confection of

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.083 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.083. The candy commonly known as the "Buckeye" is	6
hereby adopted as the state confection.	7
