        Introduced by M. of A. WALKER -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Energy

        AN  ACT directing the public service commission to modify the objectives
          of the Clean Energy Fund to include reductions of local combustion-re-
          lated air pollutants

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Within  one  hundred eighty days of the effective date of
     2  this act, the public service commission shall modify the  stated  objec-
     3  tives of the Clean Energy Fund established by the January 21, 2016 order
     4  of  the  commission  in  case  14-M-0094  to include reductions of local
     5  combustion-related air pollutants, as measured in tons of combustion-re-
     6  lated air pollution reduced.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
