A JOINT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 2015 GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO CONSIDER A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT ALLOWING CITIES AND COUNTIES TO ADOPT LOCAL MINIMUM WAGE ORDINANCES.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  The 2015 General Assembly may consider "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT ALLOWING CITIES AND COUNTIES TO ADOPT LOCAL MINIMUM WAGE ORDINANCES."

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
