1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND TO HEALTH CARE ACCESS
1.6FUND.
1.7$459,505,000 in fiscal year 2015 is transferred from the general fund to the health
1.8care access fund to reimburse the health care access fund for transfers and appropriations
1.9related to the expansion of medical assistance eligibility for adults without children and
1.10for children.
