1.2relating to human services; increasing rates for chemical dependency providers;
1.3proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 256B.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [256B.7631] CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY PROVIDER RATE
1.6INCREASE.
1.7(a) For the chemical dependency services listed in section 254B.05, subdivision 5,
1.8payment rates shall be increased by ten percent over the rates in effect on January 1, 2014,
1.9for vendors who meet the requirements of section 254B.05.
1.10(b) The commissioner shall adjust rates paid to prepaid health plans under contract
1.11with the commissioner to reflect the rate increase provided in paragraph (a). The prepaid
1.12health plan must pass this rate increase to the providers identified in paragraph (a).
