Bill Title: Natural gas vehicle grant program. Establishes the natural gas vehicle grant program within the office of management and budget to award grants of $5,000 to school corporations and certain municipalities toward the purchase of natural gas vehicles. Makes an appropriation. Repeals the alternative fuel vehicle grant program for local government units. Requires the Indiana department of transportation to amend certain publications and documents concerning general or specific service signs for compressed natural gas fueling stations.
