Bill Title: STEM pathway network. Establishes the STEM pathways program to: (1) establish education support networks; (2) provide curricular material and support to schools; (3) provide professional development to educators; (4) evaluate schools and teachers; and (5) organize leadership support and professional development; in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Establishes the STEM pathways fund to carry out the purposes of the STEM pathways programs. Makes an appropriation.
