Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Provides that a covered platform shall annually compensate digital journalism providers for accessing the websites of the digital journalism providers, with the compensation annually adjusted for increases in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for all items published by the United States Department of Labor and annually distributed to the digital journalism providers. Provides that the distributions may be made by either an approved claims administrator or directly by the digital journalism providers itself. Makes other changes.
