AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE. |
Section 1.Amend Title 14 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§5118 In-state students.
Beginning in the school year 2015-2016, all students that are matriculated at the University of Delaware's must consist of at least 80% in-state students. This shall continue until at least 65% of the entire student population at the University of Delaware are in-state students. The University of Delaware shall at that point in time maintain a student population that consists of at least 65% in-state students.
SYNOPSIS

This bill requires that new students at the University of Delaware shall consist of at least 80% in-state students until the entire student population reaches 65% in-state students. The University shall then maintain 65% in-state students. |
