An act to amend Section 33320 of the Education Code, relating to educational programs.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 3115, as introduced, Juan Carrillo. State Department of Education: effective educational programs and practices.
Existing law establishes the administrative structure for the establishment of effective educational programs and practices operated by state and local educational entities in order to improve the educational services provided through public schools.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.
