AN ACT

 

Making an appropriation to the department of economic security for distribution to the Navajo nation for the Nahata Dziil shopping center.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; Nahata Dziil shopping center; exemption

A.  The sum of $5,500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2010‑2011 to the department of economic security for distribution to the Navajo nation for phase two of the Nahata Dziil shopping center for Nahata Dziil commission governance.

B.  The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35‑190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
