AN ACT
Providing for the transfer of APPROXIMATELY 8.2 acres of certain state sovereign land from the state land department to the city of Bullhead city.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Transfer
A. The state sovereign land described in subsection B of this section is transferred from the state land department to the city of Bullhead city on the effective date of this act.
B. The state sovereign land referred to in subsection A of this section is described as follows:
A parcel of land in section 30, T-21N, R-21W, G&SRM, Mohave county Arizona. Said parcel lying westerly of parcels 1 and 2 of parcel plat recorded in book 36 of parcel plats, pages 14 and 14a, as recorded on November 17, 2017 at reception #2017055841, in the office of the county recorder, Mohave county Arizona. Said plat being the basis of bearing for this description and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of parcel 1 of said parcel plat 36-14. Said southwest corner bears south 89 degrees 57 minutes 12 seconds west a distance of 1559.27' from the south 1/4 corner of section 30; thence south 89 degrees 57 minutes 12 seconds west a distance of 286.70' to a point on the ordinary high water line of the Colorado river and the westerly boundary of the state lands parcel; thence northerly along said ordinary high water line the following courses; north 17 degrees 22 minutes 51 seconds east a distance of 71.27 feet; thence north 13 degrees 18 minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 104.35 feet; thence north 00 degrees 30 minutes 41 seconds east a distance of 69.89 feet; thence north 32 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds west a distance of 71.43 feet; thence north 09 degrees 10 minutes 31 seconds east a distance of 65.24 feet; thence north 09 degrees 39 minutes 27 seconds west a distance of 79.31 feet; thence north 03 degrees 08 minutes 42 seconds east a distance of 57.11 feet; thence north 08 degrees 47 minutes 17 seconds east a distance of 105.42 feet; thence north 01 degrees 30 minutes 51 seconds east a distance of 67.11 feet; thence north 04 degrees 04 minutes 31 seconds east a distance of 45.77 feet; thence north 08 degrees 56 minutes 19 seconds east a distance of 135.91 feet; thence north 02 degrees 13 minutes 36 seconds west a distance of 39.07 feet; thence north 00 degrees 11 minutes 41 seconds east a distance of 131.48 feet; thence north 20 degrees 36 minutes 19 seconds east a distance of 121.92 feet; thence north 03 degrees 01 minutes 26 seconds west a distance of 79.57 feet to a point on the northerly line of said state lands parcel; thence leaving said ordinary high water line south 86 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds east a distance of 253.31 feet to the northwest corner of parcel 2 of said parcel plat 36-14; thence south 02 degrees 20 minutes 56 seconds east along the westerly line of parcels 2 and 1 of said parcel plat 36-14 a distance of 457.05 feet; thence south 05 degrees 33 minutes 33 seconds west a distance of 744.48 feet to the southwest corner of parcel 1 of parcel plat 36-14 and the point of beginning.
C. The state land commissioner shall deliver a properly signed and recorded deed or patent to the city of Bullhead city within ten days after the effective date of this act.
D. The transferred land shall be managed by the city of Bullhead city for park and public recreation purposes and shall not be sold, exchanged or bartered.
