AN ACT
Amending Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36-2930.07; Amending Title 41, chapter 14, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-1960.02; relating to department reporting.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 36, chapter 29, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-2930.07, to read:
36-2930.07. Program utilization and demographics; updates
A. The director shall post on the system's public website comprehensive, disaggregated data on utilization and program demographics for all of the following:
1. the system.
2. the Arizona long‑term care system.
3. the children's health insurance program.
B. The director shall update the data quarterly.
Sec. 2. Title 41, chapter 14, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-1960.02, to read:
41-1960.02. Program utilization and demographics; updates
A. The director shall post on the department's public website comprehensive, disaggregated data on utilization and program demographics for all of the following:
1. Unemployment insurance.
2. The supplemental nutrition assistance program.
3. Temporary assistance for needy families.
B. The director shall update the data quarterly.
