AN ACT relating to addictions professionals; specifying clinical supervisor standards; revising educational and examination requirements for certified addictions practitioners; providing that a licensed addictions therapist or a certified addictions practitioner may obtain licensure if licensed in another state with a substantially similar scope of practice; and providing for an effective date.
