A BILL expiring funds to the balance of the Department of Arts, Culture, and History, Division of Culture and History, Public Records and Preservation Revenue Account Fund, fund 3542, fiscal year 2020, organization 0432, in the amount of $105,000, all from the Auditor’s Office – Purchasing Card Administration Fund, fund 1234, fiscal year 2020, organization 1200, by supplementing and amending chapter 31, Acts of the Legislature, 2019, known as the Budget Bill.


 Whereas, The Legislature finds that the account balance in the Auditor’s Office – Purchasing Card Administration Fund, fund 1234, fiscal year 2020, organization 1200, exceeds that which is necessary for the purpose for which the account was established; therefore


Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


That the balance of funds available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, to the Auditor’s Office – Purchasing Card Administration Fund, fund 1234, fiscal year 2020, organization 1200, be decreased by expiring the amount of $105,000 to the Department of Arts, Culture, and History, Division of Culture and History, Public Records and Preservation Revenue Account Fund, fund 3542, fiscal year 2020, organization 04320.    


NOTE: The purpose of supplemental appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, and increase items of appropriation in the aforesaid accounts for the designated spending units for expenditure during the fiscal year 2020.
