A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Registered Professional Nurses to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for services rendered by the board and supplemental renewal fee for the center for nursing.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Registered Professional Nurses.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2018, authorized under the authority of §30-7-4 of this code, modified by the Board of Registered Professional Nurses to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 28, 2018, relating to the Board of Registered Professional Nurses (fees for services rendered by the board and supplemental renewal fee for the center for nursing, 19 CSR 12), is authorized.
