A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Physical Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for physical therapist and physical therapist assistants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.

§ ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Physical Therapy.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 28, 2020, authorized under the authority of §30-20-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Physical Therapy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 16, 2020, relating to the Board of Physical Therapy (fees for physical therapist and physical therapist assistants, 16 CSR 04), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Physical Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for physical therapist and physical therapist assistants.
